N - Gifted and Talented

Mary and I were really excited when Joel rolled over for the first time on February 4. Admittedly we propped him up on his elbows (see below) to give him a little head start.

Mike, after viewing the video last night, credited Joel's astounding achievement to the combination of Joel's large melon, small neck and Newton's First Law of Motion. My man is determined to have the last word though. Tonight Mary put him face down on the bed so she could wash her hands. When she turned around that little booger was staring straight up at the ceiling fan. That's right, he did it all by himself. Take that Mr. Physics!

Joel will be 3 months old tomorrow. What a blessing.

We loved getting to see Joel on Sunday, even though time was short. He is a KEEPER!!!
